Almond oil is a great carrier oil that helps to moisturize and nourish the skin. Calendula infused oil is also beneficial for the skin as it has anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties.

Peppermint and eucalyptus oils are both great for soothing sore muscles as they have analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. They can also help to improve blood circulation, which can be helpful after a workout.

Lavender oil is also a great addition to this massage oil as it has a calming and relaxing effect on both the body and mind. It can help to reduce muscle tension and promote a sense of relaxation.
